Continuous Improvement

To sustain an environment of continuous improvement, meet or exceed customer expectations, and hit target objectives in line with Six Sigma Plus initiatives, the Director of Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement champions various assessment activities throughout the organization. These assessments are intended to ensure that internal processes, procedures, and performance accuracy levels are supporting annual goal deployment objectives. Tracking various internal performance metrics, as well as regularly scheduled internal process audits in compliance with ISO9001-2000 requirements and monthly management reviews support progress to these objectives and drives further process improvement initiatives.
